The Legacy
20+ Years on the Stage
Founded in the early 2000s, Morningstar Entertainment Group has grown from a small regional production company into a nationally recognized force in live theatrical entertainment. Over two decades, we have produced dozens of original works, toured across the country, and built a reputation for productions that are as artistically ambitious as they are commercially successful.
Founded with our debut production, a jazz musical that sold out its entire run.
Launched our Latino Theater Initiative, producing original works celebrating Hispanic culture and heritage.
Expanded into pop concert productions, bringing our theatrical sensibility to the concert stage.
Celebrated 15 years with a landmark retrospective season featuring three simultaneous productions.
Entered our third decade with our most ambitious production slate yet — five original works in development.

Elena founded Morningstar with a vision to create original theater that reflects the full diversity of American culture. A director, writer, and producer with 25+ years in the industry.
Marcus Webb
Executive Producer
Marcus oversees all production operations and strategic partnerships. His background spans Broadway, regional theater, and large-scale concert production.
Sofia Reyes
Creative Director, Latino Programs
Sofia leads our Latino Theater Initiative, developing original works that celebrate and amplify Latino voices, stories, and artistic traditions.
